Examination Name - Indian Forest Service ( IFS ) Examination 2015
Posts Availability - 110 Posts Approximately ( As per the recruitment Notification )
Educational Qualification -
Those who are possessing Bachelor degree from any renowned university with at least a subject of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology or having Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Forestry or Engineering in area of equivalence are eligible to apply for the posts. Apart from their qualifications, they are also required to be physically fit and fine.
There are numbers of attempts for same as set by the authority as confined to various categories as under
a ) General - Till six attempts.
b ) Physically Handicapped - Nine attempts for General ( SC and ST - No limits )
c ) OBC - Nine attempts are set for this category.
d ) SC and ST - No limit of attempts

Age Limit -
1 ) Age of applicants are required to fall under the range of 21-32 years as per the date 01-08-2015.
2 ) Relaxation of age will be there as per Indian Govt. rules and norms.
