Educational Qualification -
a) Seaman - Those who are possessing the passing certificate of Matriculation along with three years of experience are eligible to apply for the post.
b) Senior Deck Hand - For this post, candidates are required to apply with class VIII passing certificate along with five years of professional experience.
c) Sukhani - Same as Senior Deck Hand.
d) Skipper Mate - Those who are working as Petty Officer or above in Indian Navy or similar in Coast Guard along with small craft experience are eligible to apply for this post.
