Assistant Professor - 49 Posts
Pay Scale - Rs 15,600-39,100 plus AGP of Rs 6,000/- PM.
Educational Qualification -
a ) Those who are going to apply for the above posts must hold good academic record as defined by the University with at least 55% of marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a concerned subject or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. A minimum OGPA of 2.25/4.00 or 6.50/10.00 or its equivalent is essential. .
b ) It is also mandatory for aspirants to hols e basic degree of B.V.Sc./B.V.Sc. & AH from an institution listed in the Schedule 1 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 amended from time to time. However in the subject of Bio-Statistics candidates without B.V.Sc./B.V.Sc.& AH will only be considered if suitable candidates with basic degree of B.V.Sc./ B.V.Sc. & AH are not available.
