a ) ASSISTANT (Legal) -
a )Bachelors Degree in Law of a recognized University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act, or a State Act, or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government arer required to apply for the post.
b ) Moreover the candidates are also required to hold 2 Years experience in legal matters in Central or State Government or Public Sector Undertakings or listed Private Sector Organisations as per the official recruitment notification.

Age Limit -
1 ) ASSISTANT (Legal) In Legislative Department, M/o Law & Justice -
a ) Age must not exceed the bar of 30 years.
b ) Relaxation of age will be there for Govt. servants up to 5 years in accordance with the instructions of orders issued by the Central Govt. & OBC and OH as per government instructions
