About USIDCL
The USIDCL was incorporated by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on March 25, 2008, as the main construction agency of Uttarakhand State to develop the infrastructure within and outside the State and anywhere in the World.
Objectives of USIDCL
a ) To construct, execute, carryout, improve, work, develop, administer, manage, control or maintain all types of bridges, buildings, highways, roads and other infrastructure projects.
b ) To plan, execute, carryout,improve, manage, control or maintain any infrastructure project e.g. expressways, roads, bridges, buildings, ropeways, tunnels, flyovers, airports, townships, etc. and levy, collect toll or award the infrastructure project on its own or through a company, firm, cooperative society, individual etc on the basis of a suitable public private partnership modality.
c ) To maintain a panel of independent experts, consultants, engineers, laboratories etc. to plan, advice, execute, manage and examine the quality of the work being carried out by the Corporation or any other agency, on the instruction of the said agency or the Government of Uttarakhand, with or without the charges.
d ) To develop and provide consultancy and construction services in India and abroad.
The creation of USIDCL stands as testimony to the Government of Uttarakhand's commitment to provide a strong, credible and proactive institutional mechanism for leveraging private sector initiatives for Infrastructure Development.

(i) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
(ii) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 18 years) in field working, Quality Control, Monitoring,
Supervision etc. in relevant field in Govt./Semi. Govt./ Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
(iii) Has served atleast 3 years in a relevant post and grade immediately one level below the post applied for.
OR (Only for Deputation)
Has served atleast 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.
OR (Only for Deputation)
Has served atleast 6 years cumulatively in relevant posts, including the mandatory post and grade
immediately one level below the post applied for.
